LOGAN MARTIN
Founder and President
Logan Martin brings over a decade of experience in government affairs and public relations, representing major brands and mission-driven organizations across the country. He founded Skyline Strategies to deliver high-impact advocacy and strategic counsel with a results-first mindset. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Logan began his political career managing North Carolina House campaigns and has since led PACs, political organizations, and successful legislative efforts for dozens of clients. Known for his sharp strategic thinking and deep relationships across the political landscape, Logan is building Skyline Strategies into a premier advocacy firm serving the Southeastern U.S. He lives in Clayton, North Carolina, with his wife Lizzi and their daughter, Sawyer Grace.
LIZZI MARTIN
Vice President of Operations
Lizzi Martin serves as Skyline Strategies’ Vice President of Operations, overseeing internal systems, client service delivery, and communications strategy. With a proven track record across industries including automotive, construction, architecture, real estate, and retail, Lizzi brings a versatile and execution-focused mindset to every project. She leads our public relations and events team, ensuring clients receive best-in-class service, from intimate fundraising events to full-scale brand launches. A graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration, Lizzi also led planning for a major hospitality conference during her time in Canada. She currently lives in Clayton with her husband and daughter.

Emma Vick brings a deep-rooted passion for public policy and agriculture to Skyline Strategies. A third-generation farmer, NC State University graduate, and North Carolina native, she blends firsthand agricultural experience with sharp legislative insight to help clients navigate complex policy challenges. Emma supports Skyline’s lobbying efforts across sectors, with a growing focus on agribusiness, rural development, and education. Her approach is grounded, strategic, and relationship-driven—making her a key asset for clients looking to make an impact across North Carolina.
DAVID CARTER
South Carolina Partner
David Carter has extensive political experience dating back to 2004, including roles as a field director, communications director, and campaign manager for races ranging from local school boards to Presidential primaries. In 2015, he leveraged his 11 years of relationships to establish his own lobbying firm. A native of Laurens, South Carolina, and a Political Science graduate of Presbyterian College, David is active in the Rotary E-Club of the Carolinas, the Palmetto Society of Charleston, and previously chaired the board of Summit Classical School. He now resides in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his wife and son.
MILES WOBBLETON
General Counsel
Miles, a highly experienced legal professional, has an extensive background in banking and finance. He is a distinguished graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and Campbell University. Miles is a dedicated community leader, founding Gen KIND, Inc., and serving on multiple nonprofit boards. A Greenville native, Miles currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
