Prior to co-founding Skyline Strategies, LLC., Logan worked in house for a service provider association doing legislative and policy work around foster care, mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders. Before transitioning to that role, Logan worked in the North Carolina General Assembly as a Policy Advisor to the Senior Appropriations Chairman Nelson Dollar, where he worked on a variety of policy topics including health care, pensions and retirement, judiciary, finance, education, and alcohol reform. He has also managed multiple political campaigns for members of the state legislature since his graduation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2014, where he received his bachelor’s in political science.
Tarrah Callahan has worked in nonprofit advocacy in North Carolina for the past decade, specifically in the field of criminal justice reform. She specializes in building bipartisan collaboration and cross sector partnerships. She has called the Triangle home for the past decade after moving from western North Carolina to work with adults and children with autism spectrum disorder. Working in a direct service role led Tarrah to seek opportunities to raise awareness of these issues in policy discussions. It was to this end that she founded Conservatives for Criminal Justice Reform. She was also appointed by the Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives to the Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee and serves on the Expunction Task Force under the Chief Justice’s Equal Access to Justice Commission. Tarrah has a bachelors in political science from UNC-Asheville.
